Processing Time: Split shipments occur between coffee, apparel, and accessories. You will receive separate tracking if applicable.
Coffee generally ships within 2 business days.
Apparel and accessories generally ship within of 3-4 business days.
Shipping Costs/Rates: Shipping Costs vary based on promotion and carrier rates. Cost will be reflected during check out.

Ground delivery time 3-7 business days.
Note: Delays may occur due to carrier exceptions, weather, or high volume

Damaged/Lost Packages: If you order arrives damaged or lost, please contact us at hello@pitcity.com
Pit City is not liable for products damaged/lost during shipping; claims should be filed directly with the carrier. Please retain all packaging materials for your claim with the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for all customs, tariffs, and taxes applied to orders.
